The ideal candidate will have experience in all stages of the admission process. They should be confident with building new learner relationship and maintaining existing ones. They should have evidence of strong skills and possess good negotiation skills.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive located in Pune. As a Business Development Executive, your responsibilities will include new business development, lead generation, business communication, and fulfilling the admissions requirement.

Roles and Responsibilities


• New Business Development and Lead Generation skills


• Experience in business communication and lead management


• Strong interpersonal and networking skills


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills


• Ability to build and maintain relationships with new learners


• Proven track record of achieving sales targets


• Experience in the education industry is a plus


• Maintaining the database of the learners on a regular basis.


• Prepare the calling & lead report regularly.


• Provide technical support to learner during admission procedure


• Guide learners for their documentation process

Required Skills


• Good Communication skill in English and at least one additional language

Qualifications

Post Graduation -MS-Psychology


• Bachelor's degree 3+ years in sales industry


• Experience in full sales cycle including admission process


• Strong negotiation skills


• Strong communication and presentation skills


• CRM experience is preferred
