We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator B2B Portal Specialist who can manage and support sales team activities by leveraging B2B platforms such as Indiamart, Justdial, and Sulekha. The role involves driving sales growth, generating leads, and enhancing visibility through effective product listings and promotions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate sales activities on B2B portals (Indiamart, Justdial, Sulekha, etc.) to achieve targets.
  • Manage product & service listings, pricing, and promotions for maximum online visibility.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide product/service information.
  • Generate qualified leads through portals and share them with the sales team.
  • Monitor competitor activities and propose strategies to stay ahead.
  • Prepare reports on portal performance, lead generation, and conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align online campaigns with portal activities.

Requirements:

  • 1 - 4 years of experience in Waterproofing, Epoxy Floor Coating, or Construction Chemicals industry.
  • Prior experience as a Sales Coordinator or similar role in a B2B environment.
  • Proficiency in managing B2B portals like Indiamart, Justdial, or Sulekha.
  • Strong communication and client engagement skills.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth through online channels.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
