The
Sales Co-ordinator
will support the sales team in managing customer relationships, coordinating post-sales activities, and ensuring smooth internal operations. The role focuses on helping the team meet sales targets while enhancing customer satisfaction.

  • Basic knowledge of
    material import processes
  • Understanding of
    logistics and material handling
  • Awareness of
    purchase order terms & conditions
  • Basic understanding of
    payment terms, taxation, and invoicing

KRA's

  • Sales Support & Coordination
  • Facilitate effective communication between the sales team and other departments
  • Maintain and update customer information and databases.
  • Order Processing & Delivery Coordination
  • Ensure timely processing of sales orders.
  • Coordinate with the logistics team to manage deliveries and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Act as a point of contact between the sales team, clients, and internal departments.
  • Prepare Order Tracking Sheets (OTS), verify margins, and process orders
