Job Summary:

You are our all-in-one field expert, responsible for both the physical hardware installation and the critical task of integrating with the client's on-site machinery (Operational Technology - OT). You will be on-site, installing sensors, wiring gateways, and then connecting directly to PLCs, meters, and industrial systems to unlock their data. You are the vital first link in our entire data chain, bridging the physical factory floor to our digital platform.

​Key Responsibilities:

• ​Research & Procurement: Identify, test, and source reliable and cost-effective IoT sensors, gateways, and networking hardware suited for diverse SME environments.
• ​On-Site Installation: Travel to client sites across Gujarat to physically install, wire, and commission all hardware, including sensors, enclosures, and gateways.
• ​OT System Integration: Interface directly with a wide variety of industrial assets, including PLCs, SCADA systems, VFDs, and energy meters to extract critical data.
• ​Protocol Translation: Master and implement data collection from industrial protocols, primarily Modbus (RTU/TCP) and OPC-UA, ensuring data can be read by our gateways.
• ​Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Be the first line of defense for all on-site issues. Diagnose and resolve problems with physical hardware, wiring, or OT data connections to ensure maximum uptime.
• ​Documentation: Create and maintain clear installation guides, site-specific connection diagrams, and inventory records.

​Skills & Qualifications:

• ​Diploma or Degree in Electronics (EC), Instrumentation & Control (IC), or Automation.
• ​Proven hands-on experience with physical installation, wiring, and troubleshooting of electronic or industrial hardware.
• ​Direct, practical experience with industrial protocols, especially Modbus and OPC-UA.
• ​Familiarity with various sensor types (temperature, vibration, pressure, etc.) and industrial environments.
• ​Excellent problem-solving skills and the confidence to work independently on a client's site.
• ​Must be willing to travel extensively within Gujarat.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹200, ₹700,000.00 per year
