Content Marketing Specialist – Job Description

Role Overview:

We are seeking a creative and strategic Content Marketing Specialist to develop, manage, and optimize content across multiple channels. The ideal candidate will create engaging, high-quality content that builds brand awareness, drives traffic, and generates leads.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute a content marketing strategy aligned with brand goals.
  • Research industry trends, target audiences, and competitors to create relevant content.
  • Write, edit, and publish content for blogs, websites, social media, email campaigns, case studies, and more.
  • Optimize content for SEO to improve search engine rankings and visibility.
  • Manage editorial calendars and ensure timely delivery of content.
  • Collaborate with design, SEO, product, and marketing teams to produce multimedia content.
  • Track, measure, and report on content performance (traffic, engagement, conversions).
  • Repurpose content into different formats (infographics, videos, guides, newsletters).
  • Ensure brand voice, tone, and messaging are consistent across all channels.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
  • Proven experience (3–5 years) in content marketing, digital marketing, or copywriting.
  • Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
  • Understanding of SEO, keyword research, and content optimization.
  • Familiarity with content management systems (WordPress, HubSpot, etc.).
  • Knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Mailchimp, etc.).
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Creative thinker with strong analytical skills.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Have)

  • Experience with video content, podcasts, or graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite).
  • Knowledge of paid advertising and content distribution strategies.
  • Experience in D2C marketing campaigns.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30, ₹50,000.00 per month
