We are seeking a strategic and performance-focused
Digital Marketing Manager
to lead and scale our digital marketing initiatives across B2C and B2B segments. As a key member of the marketing leadership team, you will be responsible for driving customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth through integrated marketing campaigns and digital transformation strategies. This role requires both hands-on execution and high-level planning, with a strong focus on ROI and marketing effectiveness.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning & Execution:

  • Develop and own the end-to-end digital marketing roadmap aligned with business goals.
  • Drive integrated campaigns across SEO, paid media, content, social, email, and automation.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (Sales, Product, Content) to align marketing activities with revenue goals and GTM strategy.

Performance Marketing & Analytics:

  • Lead paid advertising strategy across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and programmatic platforms.
  • Continuously optimize campaigns for CAC, ROAS, and lead quality, using A/B testing and data analytics.
  • Build marketing dashboards and monitor KPIs to report on funnel performance and pipeline contribution.

SEO & Organic Growth:

  • Oversee SEO strategy across on-page, off-page, and technical aspects.
  • Manage internal teams/agencies to drive organic visibility and traffic.
  • Identify content gaps and search intent opportunities to scale inbound leads.

Team Leadership & Collaboration:

  • Manage and mentor a team of specialists across SEO, PPC, content, and social media.
  • Define goals, review performance, and foster a high-performance team culture.
  • Build scalable workflows and SOPs to improve efficiency and collaboration.

Brand & Content Oversight:

Guide content marketing efforts — blogs, landing pages, case studies, videos — for both awareness and lead generation.

Ensure consistent brand messaging and UX across all digital touchpoints.

Lead website improvement initiatives with a focus on CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization).

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • 7+ years of proven experience in digital marketing with leadership exp.
  • Strong hands-on experience in Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Ads, SEO tools (Semrush/Ahrefs), and web analytics (GA4, GSC).
  • Deep understanding of performance marketing metrics, demand generation funnels, and lead nurturing.
  • Experience managing teams and marketing agencies or vendors.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset with a passion for data-driven decision-making.
