Flipkart is a part of the Walmart-owned Flipkart Group, which also includes group companies Flipkart Health+, Myntra, and Cleartrip. The Group is also a majority shareholder in PhonePe, one of the leading Payments Apps in India.
About the role:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead TA Partner to spearhead the recruiting efforts for several of Flipkart's consumer tech teams. This is an amazing opportunity to collaborate with top tech leaders within the e-commerce space and build exceptional teams. The Lead TA Partner will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative sourcing strategies to attract, engage, and hire top technical talent across various disciplines, including software engineering, data science, product management, UI/UX, SRE, etc. This role requires a strategic mindset and is perfect for someone who loves solving tough hiring challenges and thrives in fast-paced environments.
You are responsible for:
* Working closely with hiring managers and various stakeholders to drive recruitment.
* Sourcing and attracting top talent by leveraging various available sourcing tools.
* Building strong candidate relationships and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
* Utilizing recruitment data to improve TA metrics and processes.
* Championing employer branding initiatives.
* Tracking and analyzing key recruitment metrics.
* Developing and implementing strategies to improve diversity and inclusion in the recruitment process.
* Providing regular reports and updates to senior management on the progress of the talent acquisition strategy.
* Being hands-on and working on senior tech roles.
*Prioritize multiple functions and tasks and manage time efficiently in a fast paced, evolving work environment
To succeed in this role – you should have the following :-
* 8-10 years of experience in talent acquisition, with solid experience in technical recruiting, preferably from product and internet firms.
* Proven experience leading small, high-performing recruiting teams.
* A deep understanding of the India technology landscape and talent market.
* Strong knowledge of recruiting best practices, the latest sourcing tools, and open-source platforms.
* Experience managing agencies and third-party recruitment vendors.
* The ability to work on senior roles.
* Strong analytical abilities to translate data into actionable insights.
