Responsibilities

  • Sales & Lead Generation:
  • Actively prospect for new customers and manage existing relationships to achieve sales targets.
  • Conduct sales promotion activities and engage with partners or channels to source new business.
  • Customer Needs Analysis:
  • Understand potential borrowers' financial requirements, repayment capacity, and credit history to assess their eligibility.
  • Advise clients on suitable personal loan products and options from different lenders.
  • Application & Documentation:
  • Guide customers through the loan application process, helping them with necessary documentation.
  • Ensure that all required documentation is complete, accurate, and submitted on time.
  • Relationship Management:
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with bank branches, partners, and existing clients.
  • Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction throughout the loan lifecycle.
  • Process Management:
  • Liaise with internal departments such as Credit and Operations to ensure smooth and timely loan processing.
  • Provide timely feedback to central teams for product and process improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Sales Acumen: Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills to achieve targets and close deals.
  • Financial Knowledge: Understanding of personal loan products, financial regulations, and creditworthiness assessment.
  • Customer Service: Excellent customer service skills to build rapport and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and resolve issues related to loan applications and processes.
  • Self-Motivation: A drive to excel, meet challenging sales quotas, and earn incentives.
  • Teamwork & Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with internal teams and external partners.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
