Job Description

We are hiring for
J.P. Morgan's International Voice Process
. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and prior experience in an international voice process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound/outbound customer calls for international clients.
  • Resolve customer queries efficiently and professionally.
  • Maintain accuracy, quality standards, and service-level targets.
  • Document interactions and follow up on customer issues when required.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment with rotational shifts.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Minimum
    12th Pass
    (HSC).
  • Minimum 6 months of experience
    in an
    international voice process
    is mandatory.
  • Excellent
    verbal communication skills
    in English.
  • Comfortable with
    rotational shifts and week-offs
    .
  • Must be an
    Immediate Joiner
    .
