About the Role:

Role: Project Management Intern.

Stipend: 25000/month (+ performance based incentives upto 10000)

Location: HSR Layout, Bengaluru (6 days a week from the office)

Requirements: You should have your own personal laptop for the role.

Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Program Management Intern who will support our growth, marketing, and research initiatives. The role will involve executing projects that build domain authority, driving digital PR in the US market, and leading research efforts to produce thought leadership content. A strong focus will be on project execution, primary research, and data-driven insights that strengthen brand visibility and credibility.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute growth projects that build domain authority (e.g., backlink collaborations, guest contributions, content partnerships).
  • Drive the digital PR agenda in the US market, securing high-quality mentions and media visibility.
  • Identify and execute projects that generate organic mentions across relevant platforms and communities.
  • Own research and publishing of thought leadership reports to strengthen brand credibility.
  • Design and execute primary research (e.g., surveys, interviews, Reddit/community insights) to uncover trends and opportunities.
  • Collect, organize, and analyze data from campaigns and research projects to generate actionable insights.
  • Build and maintain Google Sheets dashboards to track performance, mentions, and project progress.
  • Present findings and recommendations clearly to support marketing and growth strategy.

  • Utilize AI-powered tools for research and project execution, including:

  • AI for content and research: Use tools like ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini to summarize research papers, analyze large datasets, and identify key trends for thought leadership content.

  • AI for project management: Leverage AI features in tools like Asana or Trello to optimize project timelines and automate repetitive tasks.
  • AI for data analysis: Employ AI to identify patterns in data from surveys and campaigns, assisting in the generation of actionable insights.

Qualifications

  • Current student or recent graduate in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • Strong proficiency in Google Sheets (formulas, pivot tables, charts) and Google Docs.
  • Familiarity with SEO basics (on-page vs. off-page).
  • Excellent data handling, analysis, and reporting skills.
  • Strong organizational and communication abilities.
  • Self-starter with attention to detail and ability to multitask.
