Job Summary:
We are looking for a result-oriented Field Sales Executive to generate new business, manage existing customers, and achieve sales targets through field visits. The role involves direct customer interaction, market development, and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and develop new customers through field visits and market mapping
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Conduct regular customer meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations
• Collect market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and customer requirements
• Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, dispatch, and collections
• Prepare daily visit reports and sales MIS
• Follow up on payments and ensure timely collections
• Participate in sales meetings and review sessions

Required Skills & Competencies:
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently in the field
• Good understanding of sales processes and customer management
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory
