Job Summary:

Responsible for planning, execution, and completion of technical and infrastructure projects within the residential society, ensuring quality, safety, and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute civil, electrical, and MEP projects at site.
  • Supervise technical installations, repairs, and upgradations (DG, STP/WTP, HVAC, fire-fighting, etc.).
  • Prepare project budgets, BOQs, and progress reports.
  • Coordinate with clients, vendors, and contractors for smooth project execution.
  • Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and statutory standards.
  • Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance activities.

Skills & Requirements:

  • Strong technical and project management skills.
  • Experience in residential facility projects.
  • Good knowledge MS Office.
  • Excellent leadership and coordination abilities.
