Role & responsibilities . Create from Concept to Launch: Own the en re video produc on process for short and long-form content designed for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube, and paid adver sing.
• Design to Impress: Develop stunning graphics, thumbnails, and mo on visuals that stop the scroll and define brand iden es.
• Build an Audience from Zero: Take the helm of new social media accounts and be responsible for developing the content strategy to grow a dedicated community from the first follower.
• Elevate with Mo on: Use dynamic mo on graphics, slick text anima ons, and powerful branding to turn raw footage into engaging stories.
• Collaborate to Win: Partner with our marke ng strategists to ensure every piece of content is on-brand and aligned with ambi ous campaign goals.
• Trendspot & Innovate: Be our in-house trend hunter. Test new formats, pla orms, and AI-powered crea ve tools to keep our content ahead of the curve.

Preferred candidate profile A Creator at Heart: You have a por olio that proves it. Show us your edits, graphics, social content, or personal projectswe care about your crea ve vision, not a formal degree.
• A Soware Savant: You're proficient in tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, A er Effects, Photoshop, CapCut, Filmora, or Canva. (Bonus points if you're curious about AI video tools).
• A Storyteller: You understand how to use visuals, pacing, and music to evoke emo on and deliver a message.
• A Self-Starter: You thrive in a remote environment, are a proac ve communicator, and can manage your me effec vely to meet deadlines.
• Eager to Learn: You're hungry for feedback, excited to experiment, and always looking to level up your skills. Bonus Points If You Have: A keen interest in the intersec on of AI and crea vity.
