Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with business leaders to understand organizational objectives and provide HR expertise to support workforce planning, talent development, and employee engagement.
  • Support change management initiatives and help leaders navigate organizational transitions smoothly.
  • Responsible for handling all employee lifecycle related activities such as one to one connects, skips, appraisals, retentions, grievance handling, employee escalations etc.
  • Act as a consultant to managers on employee relations issues, performance management, and organizational design.
  • Process improvement and process implementation is a key part of the role. Contribute in optimizing, maximizing, and automating processes to achieve efficient service delivery and experience
  • Utilize the engagement survey insights to drive activity that is aligned, cohesive and impactful to creating a great place to work.
  • Facilitate employee development initiatives, including training, mentorship, and succession planning.
  • Champion company culture by promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion and ensuring alignment with core values.
  • Analyze HR metrics and trends to inform decision-making and drive strategic initiatives.
  • Lead initiatives that promote belonging and inclusion, emphasizing the attraction and retention of talent.
  • Ensure compliance with Indian labor laws and company policies.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree or MBA preferred).
  • 10–12 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years as an HRBP or in a similar strategic HR role.
  • Demonstrates strong teamwork and emotional intelligence, with a people-first approach, positive intent, high energy, passion, and commitment to organizational reputation and priorities.
  • Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws and employment practices.
  • Strategic and innovative with proven ability to build strong relationships with business leaders and employees.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Experience in multinational or technology-driven organizations is an advantage.
