Key Responsibilities

  • Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot HVAC equipment, including chillers and AHUs
  • Maintain optimal temperature, humidity, and pressure conditions in cleanrooms
  • Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on HVAC systems
  • Respond to alarms and deviations flagged in EMS/BMS systems
  • Ensure HVAC parameters align with pharmaceutical and environmental standards
  • Coordinate with Engineering and QA teams during equipment qualification and calibration
  • Maintain technical records, logbooks, and regulatory documentation
  • Support HVAC system improvements to meet evolving production needs
  • Maintain compliance with SOPs, EHS standards, and quality regulations

Environment Requirements

  • Experience in HVAC systems used in injectable or sterile pharmaceutical facilities
  • Working knowledge of cleanroom classifications and airflow principles
  • Understanding of cGMP, GEP, and regulatory guidelines (e.g., WHO, USFDA, EU GMP)

Skills & Competencies

  • Proficiency in EMS/BMS monitoring and system operation
  • Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to read engineering drawings and P&IDs
  • Effective communication and documentation skills
  • Commitment to quality and continuous improvement
