**About the Role**:
We’re looking for a hands-on technician with strong experience in both electrical and mechanical systems—especially focused on utility equipment like compressors, panels, ventilation, and water systems. This role is vital to ensuring optimal performance across the plant’s infrastructure.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain and troubleshoot utility equipment including air compressors, HT/LT panels, ACBs, VCBs, and HVAC systems
- Conduct routine checks and repairs on water pumps, RO and softener plants, and air pullers
- Service mechanical doors including high-speed, manual, and door levelers
- Perform electrical wiring, lighting system maintenance, and fitting & grinding operations
- Handle installation and upkeep of air curtains, flyer catchers, and ventilation equipment
- Support both preventive and reactive maintenance programs for plant-wide systems
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols, reporting hazards and keeping the environment secure
- Work closely with operations and engineering teams to reduce downtime and improve system efficiency

**Qualifications**:

- ITI / Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
- 2-6 years of experience in plant maintenance or utility operations
- Strong technical knowledge of mechanical and electrical infrastructure
- Ability to read and interpret equipment manuals and wiring diagrams
- Experience with maintenance tools and diagnostic instruments
- Comfortable working with high-tension systems and confined-space equipment

**Preferred Skills**:

- Familiarity with RO plant operations and softener system maintenance
- Knowledge of HVAC ventilation layout, lighting system setups, and door mechanics
- CMMS or maintenance scheduling experience
- Willingness to work rotational shifts or on-call duty as required

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
