Analyst - AI Enablement

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• AI & Automation Implementation:
• Execute end-to-end AI and automation projects, including requirement gathering, development, testing, and deployment.
• Build and deploy automation workflows using Artificial Intelligence and RPA (Robotic Process Automation) tools.
• Optimize existing automation solutions for better performance and scalability.
• Collaboration with Stakeholders:
• Work closely with onshore teams to align solutions with business goals.

• Partner with cross-functional teams to understand process workflows and identify automation opportunities.

• Coordinate with IT and operations teams to ensure smooth integration of AI and automation solutions.

• Process Assessment and Improvement:
• Analyze business processes to identify areas suitable for automation and efficiency improvement.

• Develop and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) for automation workflows.

• Continuously monitor and enhance automation solutions to maximize ROI.

• Offshore Delivery Management:
• Manage and prioritize tasks in an offshore delivery setup to meet project timelines and quality standards.

• Ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

• Provide regular status updates to onshore teams and stakeholders.

• Training and Knowledge Sharing:
• Train offshore team members on new AI and automation technologies and tools.
• Share knowledge of best practices in AI and automation development and execution.
• Compliance and Quality Assurance:
• Ensure compliance with data privacy, security, and regulatory requirements during automation execution.
• Conduct thorough testing and validation of automation workflows to maintain high-quality standards.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Experience: 3+ years of experience in AI and automation development and execution.

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft AI developer capabilities (e.g., Power Platform, Copilot Studio, Azure AI Studio)
• Hands-on experience with RPA tools (e.g., UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere)
• Previous experience in offshore delivery environments is highly desirable.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or .NET.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts and their application in automation.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and API integrations.
• Soft Skills:
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with global teams.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.

• Ability to adapt to dynamic environments and manage multiple priorities.

• Certification in RPA tools or AI technologies.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics data, use cases, and capabilities
• Experience in Agile or DevOps methodologies.
• Knowledge of process mining tools and techniques.
