What youll achieve

As an AI-Enabled Full-Stack (Java & Angular) Developer you will be leading the technical modernization from PowerBuilder and focus on transforming legacy applications into modern, scalable, and intelligent systems. By leveraging AI-driven tools, cloud technologies, and modern programming frameworks, You aim to enhance performance, maintainability, and user experience. This modernization will not only reduce technical debt but also enable advanced analytics, automation, and integration with modern ecosystems ensuring the organization remains competitive and future-ready and you will be making a profound impact throughout the healthcare sector.

You will:

• Will lead the technical modernization from PowerBuilder to a modern full-stack architecture. Leveraging AI tools, JavaSpring Boot APIs, and advanced Angular front-end development.
• Will deliver scalable, efficient, and intelligent solutions. My strong database and performance optimization skills will ensure high system reliability, while my problem-solving and analytical abilities will drive innovation and align technical outcomes with business goals.

Essential Requirements

• 4 10 Yrs of solid IT experience in full-stack development experience with Java + Angular.
• Strong command of Spring Boot, REST APIs, TypeScript, Angular and component-driven architecture.
• Exposure to AI-assisted development tools (Copilot, Cody, Amazon Q, ChatGPT API, Tabnine, Cursor).
• Strong understanding of CI/CD, Git workflows, and cloud-native engineering.
• Strong RDBMS experience with ability to write and optimize stored procedures and T-SQL queries. Excellent debugging and performance tuning skills across complex systems.
• Excellent English communication, problem-solving, and SDLC understanding and able to evaluate technical solutions, ensure business alignment, and stay updated with emerging technologies.

Desirable Requirements

• Experience with cloud (AWS preferred)
• Familiarity with Docker/Kubernetes or micro-frontend/microservice patterns.
• Knowledge of integrating AI/ML APIs into applications
