Role Overview

We are seeking a Data Analyst with strong AI/LLM expertise to unlock insights from complex datasets and build intelligent analytics solutions. The ideal candidate will primarily focus on data preparation, analysis, visualization, and providing insights, while leveraging LLMs, RAG pipelines, and automation tools to enhance analytical outcomes, streamline workflows, and support decision-making.

Experience

  • 2+ years of experience in Data Analytics / Business Intelligence
  • Demonstrable AI/LLM experience in at least 2 projects (e.g., prompt engineering, RAG pipelines, AI-powered workflows)

Key Responsibilities

1. Data Analytics & Insights

Analyze structured and unstructured datasets. Build dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate insights effectively to business teams.

Skills Required:

  • Strong expertise in Python (e.g., Pandas, NumPy)
  • Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Appsmith preferred)
  • Proficiency in statistical and analytical methods
  • Insight generation

2. Data Preparation & RAG Pipelines

Prepare, clean, and structure datasets for LLM applications, and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines with vector databases to ensure accurate, context-rich, and reliable AI outputs.

Skills Required:

  • Strong expertise in Python for AI-Enhanced Analytics (PyPDF2/pdfplumber, BeautifulSoup/Selenium)
  • Knowledge of Vector Databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate)

3. Prompt, Context Engineering & Process Documentation

Develop and document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for key business processes, and leverage them as a foundation for designing, refining, and optimizing prompts for LLM-powered applications. Apply effective context management techniques to maximize the use of limited context windows, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and reliable automation outcomes.

4. Evaluation & Monitoring

Establish frameworks for evaluating LLMs and prompts; set up real-time monitoring of model performance, accuracy, and drift in production.

Skills Required:

  • Proficiency in LLM prompt engineering and Context Engineering
  • Good to have: Dspy
  • Understanding of evaluation metrics

5. Automation Workflows

Design, orchestrate, and manage automation pipelines in n8n, integrating AI models into business operations.

Skills Required:

  • Familiarity with workflow automation tools (n8n, Airflow, Zapier as a plus)

Good to Have Skills

  • Hands-on experience with any workflow automation software
  • Familiarity with Appsmith or similar dashboard tools
