We are seeking a knowledgeable and proactive Senior Accounts Executive with strong experience in GST, TDS, income tax computation, and client handling. The role involves managing end-to-end accounting and statutory filings for multiple clients.

The ideal candidate must also be well-versed in using Computex software for preparing and filing Income Tax Returns (ITRs).

Key Responsibilities

1. Accounting & Bookkeeping

  • Handle day-to-day accounting for multiple clients using Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, etc.
  • Prepare ledger accounts, reconcile bank statements, and generate trial balances.
  • Assist in the finalization of books of accounts.

2. GST Compliance

  • Prepare and file GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, and GSTR-9.
  • Perform GSTR-2A/2B reconciliation.
  • Manage accurate classification and reporting of input/output GST.
  • Resolve mismatches and address notices, if any.

3. TDS Compliance

  • Deduct and deposit TDS as per applicable provisions.
  • File quarterly TDS returns (Form 24Q, 26Q) and issue Form 16/16A.
  • Maintain compliance records and address related client queries.

4. Income Tax Computation & ITR Filing

  • Compute income tax for individuals, proprietors, and small businesses.
  • File Income Tax Returns (ITRs) using Computex software.
  • Prepare necessary supporting documents and respond to IT notices, if required.

5. Client Handling & Communication

  • Act as the single point of contact for client accounts.
  • Communicate due dates, documentation needs, and compliance updates.
  • Provide timely resolution to client queries while maintaining excellent service standards.

6. Audit & Compliance Support

  • Assist with statutory, GST, and tax audits.
  • Ensure accurate and complete documentation for audit readiness.
  • Stay updated with amendments in accounting and taxation laws.

Candidate Requirements

  • B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter (preferred).
  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in accounting, GST, TDS, and income tax.
  • Proficiency in Tally, Computex, and MS Excel.
  • Strong understanding of Indian tax laws and return filing procedures.
  • Excellent communication skills and client coordination ability.
  • Ability to handle multiple client accounts independently

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40, ₹50,000.00 per month
