**Job Description for Junior Accounts Executive,(Ghaziabad)**

**Responsibilities**:
**Journal Accounting Responsibility**: Book Sale order, Raise Indent to purchase material, make P.O, book Purchase Invoice, Reco. Creditors Ledger before payment, make cheque of Creditors, make delivery challan, make sale Invoice (Tax Invoice), and follow to debtors for releasing payment. Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable.

**Banking Responsibility**: NEFT/ RTGS letter drafting, make EMD/PGB (DD, FDR, BG, PG) and LC for Government tender participate. Cancellation process after release EMD. Fund manage for hit CDC & PDC Cheque, Bank Reconciliation, other related for bank work and Prepare Stock statement for Bank.

**Statutory Work**: Reconciliation GSTR-2B and prepare GST Computation on Monthly Basic, Submit Monthly TDS and Checking book of Accounts. Reconciliation of GSTR-7, Reconciliation of 26AS, Prepare Provisional Balance sheet.

**Procurement**: Arrange Material on best price after Negotiate different -different Vendor, Execute of Material on destination point, arrange require document from Vendor/OEM i.e test report ,FAT, Inspection, RDSO and warranty etc

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
