Project Role: CNC Head

Role Location: Faridabad (candidate must relocate to Faridabad)

Employment Type: Full-Time, 6 days a week

Qualification: Degree or Diploma in Mechanical

Work Experience: 15+ Years

CTC: 5.5 lakhs to 6.7 lakhs (based on profile) Annual

Role responsibilities:

• Develop and implement quality control processes and systems
• Oversee product inspections and testing procedures
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Manage and mentor the quality assurance team
• Analyze quality data and generate reports for management
• Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality issues
• Conduct root cause analysis on quality defects
• Oversee daily operations of CNC and VTL machinery.
• Manage and supervise a team of machine operators.
• Data Collection and data driven approach to changes and improvements.
• Improve Machine Efficiency.
• Improve workers efficiency.
• Program and set up CNC and VTL, Miller machines for precise manufacturing.
• Monitor production processes to ensure efficiency and quality.
• Collaborate with the maintenance team for machine upkeep.
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with machinery.
• Conduct training sessions for machine operators.
• Prepare and maintain documentation for machine operations and maintenance.

• Good knowledge of ISO 9001/TS16949 audit and other government audits of manufacturing plants.

• Knowledge of systems and software like ERP (SAP preferred)
• 15+ years experience of relevant job.
• Ability to decision making and accountability.
• Quality of stress handling.
