Responsibilities- Design and Planning: Develop detailed plans, blueprints, and specifications for heavy metal structures or components using CAD software.

  • Material Selection: Choose appropriate metals based on mechanical properties, cost-effectiveness, and application requirements.

  • Fabrication Techniques: Employ various fabrication techniques such as welding, cutting, bending, and machining to shape and assemble metal parts.

  • Quality Control: Implement quality assurance and control processes to ensure compliance with standards.

  • Problem-Solving: Analyze and troubleshoot fabrication issues, developing innovative solutions to complex problems.

  • Safety Awareness: Adhere to safety protocols and regulations in the fabrication industry, promoting a culture of safety within the team.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including design, production, and quality assurance, to ensure seamless design-to-production workflows.

Requirements- Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.

  • Experience: 5-10 years of experience in heavy fabrication or a related field.

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in CAD software, welding processes, and mechanical engineering principles.

  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities.

Desired Qualifications- Certifications: AWS Certified Welding Engineer or ASQ Certified Quality Engineer.

  • Experience with Heavy Fabrication Equipment: Familiarity with heavy fabrication equipment, such as CNC machines and welding robots.

  • Knowledge of Industry Standards: Understanding of industry standards, such as ASME and AWS codes.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹13, ₹49,413.80 per month
