The Fabrication Shop Head will oversee daily fabrication operations, ensure optimal resource allocation, and implement production plans to meet project deadlines. Responsibilities will include managing manufacturing workflows, maintaining quality standards, enforcing compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and driving continuous improvement initiatives. The role also requires supervising teams and coordinating with cross-functional departments to achieve operational goals.QualificationsExpertise in Production Planning and Manufacturing processesStrong skills in Operational Excellence and Operations ManagementKnowledge of and adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)Ability to lead teams and foster collaboration in a manufacturing environmentExperience in implementing process improvements for increased efficiency and qualityStrong problem-solving skills and a focus on achieving operational objectives
