Job Title: Field Marketing Executive – Schools

Job Type: Full-time/ part time

Location: Bangalore

About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Field Marketing Executive to promote our STEM/Robotics/AI programs and services in schools. The role involves direct engagement with school management, decision-makers, and stakeholders to generate leads, build relationships, and ensure successful partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct field visits to schools to introduce and promote our company in providing robotics education to the students.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with school principals, coordinators, and management teams.
  • Identify new business opportunities and generate qualified leads.
  • Organize and participate in school events, workshops, and exhibitions for brand visibility.
  • Prepare and deliver effective presentations to schools and educational authorities.
  • Identify and approach schools for potential tie-ups.
  • Meet with principals, coordinators, and management to present our services.
  • Ensure timely execution of services (Robotics, AI, STEM, and other educational programs) for students.
  • Conduct workshops, demonstrations, and events in schools to promote programs.
  • Collect feedback and market insights to support business growth strategies.
  • Maintain records of visits, leads, and conversions in reporting formats.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred).
  • Prior experience in field sales/marketing (experience in education sector is an added advantage).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills (communication is a must).
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
  • Willingness to travel extensively for school visits.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
