Job Description

We are looking for a competent QA/Governance Reviewer to join our global team to oversee governance compliance, validate artefacts, and ensure adherence to data management standards and policies. In this role, you will act as a key assurance layer across multiple data governance PODs, supporting consistency and quality throughout the organization.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with DGO and project teams to recommend policy updates or control improvements.
  • Assess adherence to governance policies (DAMA, DCAM, ISO 8000, ADDA/NESA).
  • Review metadata, lineage, and DQ artefacts to ensure completeness and consistency.
  • Validate RACI adherence, ownership assignments, and stewardship logs.
  • Conduct QA reviews of CDE inventories, data classifications, and governance workflows.
  • Prepare governance QA reports and track remediation progress.
  • Participate in client and internal review sessions to present QA findings.
  • Collaborate with project managers to ensure timely governance reviews within delivery timelines.
Key Skills Requirements
  • 4-6 years of experience in data governance, QA, compliance, or audit roles.
  • Experience reviewing artefacts in governance tools (Purview, Informatica, Collibra, etc.).
  • Familiarity with DAMA, DCAM, ISO 8000, or ADDA/NESA frameworks.
  • Strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills.
  • Proven client-facing experience and ability to manage governance review sessions.

  • DAMA CDMP or DCAM Certified Professional
  • Governance QA or Compliance Management Certification
