Job Description Primary, best-performing title: Content Reviewer Role & Responsibilities - Review and classify user-generated content (text, images, and video) against platform policies and community standards, applying consistent, well-documented decisions. - Enforce content policies by removing, escalating, or flagging items; document rationale and evidence for auditability. - Use CMS and moderation tools to tag, categorize, and annotate content for downstream workflows and machine-learning training sets. - Meet defined quality and productivity SLAs; identify patterns, report trends, and escalate safety or legal issues to Trust & Safety leads. - Collaborate with policy, QA, and engineering teams to refine guidelines and improve moderation tooling and automation rules. - Participate in training, calibration sessions, and periodic audits to maintain accuracy and consistency in decisioning. Skills & Qualifications Must-Have - Proven experience moderating text, image, and video content for digital platforms or online communities. - Strong working knowledge of content policies, policy enforcement, and Trust & Safety workflows. - Proficiency with content moderation platforms and Content Management Systems (CMS). - Familiarity with quality-assurance or annotation tools used for labeling and review. - Good command of written English for clear, documented decisioning and escalation notes. Preferred - Experience with Trust & Safety operations or policy development for high-growth consumer platforms. - Multilingual capability (Hindi or other major Indian languages) for regional content review. - Familiarity with automated moderation / NLP-assisted moderation tools and workflows.
