Job Description About The Opportunity Operating in the digital content services and online platform safety sector, this organization manages large volumes of user-generated content across web and mobile channels. The team focuses on protecting community safety, enforcing content policies, and improving automated detection through human-in-the-loop review workflows. Primary job title (standardized): Content Moderator Location: Remote India Role & Responsibilities - Review and moderate user-generated content (text, images, video) to ensure compliance with community guidelines and legal requirements. - Apply platform policies consistently: accept, remove, label, or escalate content with clear rationale and documentation. - Operate moderation and CMS platforms as well as AI-assisted tools to triage content and meet SLA and KPI targets. - Tag, categorize, and annotate content to support model training datasets and improve automated detection accuracy. - Escalate sensitive, potentially illegal, or high-risk incidents to Trust & Safety leads and follow established escalation protocols. - Maintain accurate logs and produce quality reports; contribute feedback to refine policies and moderation playbooks.
