This will involve reviewing test plans and test results, ensuring that testing and quality assurance efforts are completed efficiently and effectively. The QA lead will also mentor and supervise QA Analysts.This role requires strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills, as well as the ability to communicate clearly and respond to queries professionally. Timely completion of tasks and maintaining a professional demeanor are essential qualities for success.
