Key Responsibilities (KRAs):

  • Work in a front-end investment banking environment.
  • Demonstrate strong understanding of IRR calculations and valuation methodologies, including Income and Market Approaches.
  • Apply techniques such as DCF, transaction comparables, trading multiples, etc.
  • Prepare detailed deliverables such as Information Memorandums, teasers, financial models, company profiles, investor lists, industry research reports, transaction analyses, and strategic presentations.
  • Support organizations with growth strategy, management consulting assignments, and organic expansion plans.
  • Conduct comprehensive market and industry research.

Qualifications (Any one of the following):

  • Chartered Accountant (CA)
  • MBA from a Tier 1 institute with approximately 1 year of experience in Corporate Finance or a core Investment Banking role

Additional Requirements:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Preference for candidates with core investment banking experience and hands-on exposure to financial modeling, teasers, information memorandums, and financial research.
