Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and self-motivated Fresher Marketing Executives to join our growing team. The role involves on-site marketing activities at schools, colleges, and educational institutions to promote our brand, products, and services. This is a great opportunity to start your career in marketing and gain real-world experience in field-based promotional work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Visit educational institutions (schools, colleges, coaching centers, etc.) to promote our offerings.
  • Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to students, faculty, and decision-makers.
  • Distribute marketing materials (brochures, flyers, etc.) and set up kiosks or stalls if needed.
  • Build and maintain relationships with institution staff and administrators.
  • Collect feedback, inquiries, and data from prospects and share regular reports with the team.
  • Coordinate with the internal marketing team for campaigns, events, and promotions.
  • Achieve daily/weekly visit and conversion targets as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (completed or ongoing) in Marketing, Business, or any relevant field.
  • Freshers are welcome; prior internship or fieldwork experience is a plus.
  • Good communication and presentation skills (English + local language).
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the city for institute visits.
  • Confident, outgoing, and persuasive personality.
  • Basic understanding of marketing principles and techniques.
