About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and skilled Data Processing Executive with experience in market research. The role involves managing and processing survey data, creating tabulations, validating outputs, and ensuring data accuracy for client deliverables. You will work closely with project managers, analysts, and reporting teams to ensure high-quality outputs are delivered on time.
Key Responsibilities
Handle survey data processing across multiple projects with accuracy and efficiency.
Create and validate data tabulations (cross-tabs, banners, custom tables) using statistical/data processing tools.
Perform data cleaning, coding, and validation to ensure consistency and correctness.
Support reporting/charting teams with datasets in required formats.
Collaborate with project managers to understand client requirements and deliver as per specifications.
Manage QC checks and troubleshoot data-related issues.
Ensure adherence to data protection, confidentiality, and client compliance norms.
Required Skills & Experience
2–4 years of hands-on experience in data processing within market research.
Proficiency in SPSS / Quantum / Unicom Intelligence / WinCross / Q (any one or multiple).
Strong skills in Excel and exposure to scripting (Python/R) is an advantage.
Good understanding of survey research methodologies, sampling, and tabulation logic.
Eye for detail, ability to work with large datasets, and meet deadlines.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
