Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing Executive to manage and execute marketing activities for builder lobby launches. The role involves planning, coordination, and implementation of on-ground marketing campaigns, events, and promotional strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing activities for builder lobby launches.
  • Liaise with builders, channel partners, and internal teams for event setup and execution.
  • Ensure proper branding, visibility, and promotional materials at launch sites.
  • Manage vendor coordination for branding, creatives, and on-ground activations.
  • Track and report campaign performance, footfall, and engagement metrics.
  • Support the sales team with marketing collateral and event promotions.
  • Identify innovative marketing opportunities to increase visibility and customer reach.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing, events, or real estate promotions.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.
  • Flexible to travel and manage on-ground activities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic knowledge of digital marketing will be an added advantage.
