Executive MBA Career Acceleration Program (ECAP):
Implement the ECAP initiative to support students in their career progression during and after the EMBA program.
- Facilitate improvement in students communication, soft skills, and presentation skills.
- Provide individualized attention to each student's career needs and assist in developing their strategic career plan.
- Network with corporates to conduct workshops by industry experts on topics such as AI, Blockchain, Sustainability, etc.
- Organize monthly corporate master classes for students based on their needs.
- Organize specialized soft skills workshops as required.
- Evaluate student engagement and participation in ECAP sessions, including attendance management.
- Design assessments to measure student progression and analyze their Learning Journals.
- Evaluations of all ECAP assessments.
- Collaborate with the Head - ECAP to maintain standard processes and procedures for quality assurance.
- Enhance the operations of the ECAP process, including developing employment databases, career development resources, and researching executive graduate programs.
- Maintain a database of employment records, including career progression of current students.
• Establish and sustain the S P Jain Toastmasters Club in Dubai and Online. - Research and analyze current employment trends to guide students to potential employers.
- Conduct mock interviews and job search workshops.
- Collaborate with other ECAP and EMBA staff across campuses.
- Assist in cross-campus ECAP development
Student and Alumni Interaction: Facilitate networking between current students and alumni. Coordinate with Alumni Relations for alumni events.
Marketing: Provide marketing material for ECAP events.
Other Responsibilities: Perform any other duties as directed by the Dean EMBA.
Job Skills & Qualifications: Masters degree in Human Resource Management, Education, Business Communication, Career Counseling, or a similar field.
Expertise in soft skills. 6+ years of experience in HR Management, Academics, or a related managerial role.
Preferred: Two years of classroom teaching experience or prior experience as a Career Counselor/Leadership Coach, experience in HR management/recruitments, in-depth knowledge of Career Development strategies, and certification in Leadership/Career Coaching, NLP, etc.
Other Details:
Should be comfortable working on weekends (5 Days working). Monday and Tuesday being the regular week offs.
