Insurance and Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities
Sales and Business Development:
Achieve business targets and unit business goals through effective sales strategies.
- Develop new business segments in alignment with company strategies.
Implement new business development strategies and modify existing ones to maximize profit and sales.
Team Management and Development:
Recruit, train, and develop a team of high-quality Insurance Advisors (IAs).
- Build a strong and sustainable distribution network by focusing on recruitment and retention of agents.
- Provide guidance to the team on sales techniques and strategies.
Accompany the team on pre and post-sales activities, including claim settlement.
Market and Relationship Management:
Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate houses, partners, and customers.
Manage and analyze the performance of agents to maximize their revenue through upselling and cross-selling.
Quality and Compliance:
Ensure adherence to sales quality policies and standards.
- Maintain high standards of sales quality and ensure the acquisition of high-quality lives to be insured.
- Uphold organizational values, business ethics, integrity, and compliance with regulatory and statutory regulations.
