Job Description: Finance Manager

Experience: 8-10 Years

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Finance Manager. This role will be responsible for managing financial operations and analyzing financial data. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in finance and should have excellent analytical and communication skills, need to Manage financial forecasting, budgeting, and reporting processes, and provide accurate and timely financial reports.

Responsibilities:

• Finalization and Presentation of Monthly/Quarterly MIS, Business Updates, and Financial Statements to the Management & Investors.
• Drafting and Finalization of Vendor/ Customer Contracts.
• Due Diligence for Investors Financial, Direct Tax, Indirect Tax

• Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department including,

• Cash/ Bank payments/ receipts, Bank Reconciliations, Ledger Scrutiny, Utilities, etc.

• Fixed Assets and CWIP Analysis and Maintenance of FAR.

• Automation and Integration of ERP for bank payments, TDS/ TCS Returns/ GST/ Payroll with an Online payment solution suite.

• Ensuring GST Compliances, ITC reconciliation, Vendor Tax Credit reconciliation, RCM

• Payroll processing and related statutory compliances Inc. PF, ESI, PT, etc.

• Processing of Vendor Payments of all kinds including Fixed Assets

• Overall, ROC Compliance including records of meetings, Annual Forms, etc.

• Liaison with banks – Monitoring Investments, OD Limits, LCs and BGs etc.
• Prepared Projected Financial Statements, Project Reports, and other bank-related compliances.

Qualifications:

• CA completed with at least 8-10 years of experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration within a team.
