ERP Coordinator

**JD of ERP CO-ORDINATOR for ASEPL**

**Min Education**:
**Bachelor's degree (preferred)**

**Experience**:
**ERP/SAP implementation and user knowledge for a manufacturing industry across various departments in the company such as production, quality, dispatch, stores, maintenance etc: 2 year (required)**

**Any additional skills/experience related to finance/accounts/quality/HR is preferred**

**Software knowledge required**:
**Tally (required)**

**ERP/SAP(required)**

**Usage of MSOFFICE tools(required)**

**Job Type**:
**On contract basis (preferred), but if additional skills and experience is use full open for full time offer**

**Language**:
**English ,Kannada, Hindi**

**Overview of the role and responsibilities**:
**Manage and work for and with the team and activities pertaining to Successful ERP implementation and use across all functions in the company**

Which includes and not limited to ,

1. Coordinate with the ERP software provider for a detailed planning and implementation of the ERP for the company in various departments

2. Ensure all the departments are in alignment for the implementation and use of ERP

3. Handle and Prepare master data in the required format and trial launching etc for ERP implementation and coordinate with internal and external partners for timely completion

4. Co-ordinate, train employees time to time for using ERP

5. Manage required customization in coordination with the team and software vendor team

6. Once implemented ensure team is able to use without hassles

7. Once implemented and launched fully, any future problem fixing is well coordinated with vendor and team for timely solution

**Salary: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month**

**Schedule**:
Day shift, expects flexibility in timing based on work

**Ability to commute/relocate**:
Bangalore, Doddaballapura: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
