Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Chikkaballapura for a Credit Officer. The Credit Officer will be responsible for assessing, analyzing, and managing credit risks for housing finance applications. Day-to-day tasks include evaluating loan applications, verifying client information, performing credit analysis, and ensuring adherence to company policies and regulatory standards. Collaboration with internal teams and clear communication with clients to explain credit decisions will be crucial aspects of the role.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Credit Management and understanding of Credit processes
• Proficiency in Analytical Skills and Finance, with the ability to interpret financial data accurately
• Excellent Communication skills for effective client interactions and internal collaboration
• Relevant experience in financial services or housing finance is highly advantageous
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Banking, Business, or a related field is preferred
• Ability to work as part of a team and meet stringent deadlines in a professional manner
