Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Bengaluru for a Science Facilitator / Exhibit Guide at Param Foundation. The candidate will lead visitors through interactive scientific exhibits, conduct dynamic demonstrations and facilitate engaging discussions about scientific concepts. Additional responsibilities include assisting with hands-on activities, managing educational programs, ensuring exhibits are well-maintained, and providing excellent guidance to visitors of all ages to enhance their learning experience.

Qualifications ( Fresher's are welcome )

Good knowledge of science and technology concepts, with the ability to explain them in an engaging and simplified manner for audiences of different age groups.

Proficiency in presentation, communication, and public speaking skills to captivate and educate visitors effectively.

Experience with managing educational programs, organizing events, or facilitating group discussions, especially in a science or cultural setting.

●
Enthusiasm for innovation, teamwork, and fostering curiosity, combined with problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
