We are seeking a
dynamic, experienced, and passionate HR Officer
for our Real Estate Business. The ideal candidate must have
relevant experience in the real estate industry
and a strong understanding of people management practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruitment & Staffing:
    Manage end-to-end recruitment, from job descriptions to final selection.
  • Employee Onboarding & Training:
    Conduct smooth onboarding and implement employee development programs.
  • Performance Management:
    Design and monitor performance appraisal systems.
  • Employee Relations:
    Handle employee concerns, conflict resolution, and engagement activities.
  • Compliance & Policy Development:
    Ensure compliance with employment laws and company HR policies.
  • HR Analytics & Reporting:
    Maintain HR data and share insights with management.
  • Diversity & Inclusion:
    Foster a positive, inclusive, and growth-oriented work culture.


Required Qualifications

  • Education:
    Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience:
    2–5 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in the Real Estate sector.
  • Certifications:
    HR certifications such as
    SHRM-SCP
    or
    CIPM
    will be an added advantage.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and leadership qualities.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in HR data interpretation.
  • Thorough understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Ability to build and maintain a collaborative, positive work culture.
