Project Role Description

As a
Software Development Engineer
, you will be responsible for analyzing, designing, coding, and testing multiple components of application code across one or more clients. The role also involves performing maintenance, enhancements, and development work as per business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work independently and develop expertise as a
    Subject Matter Expert (SME)
    in Workday Procurement.
  • Actively participate and contribute to team discussions, providing valuable inputs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and convert them into technical specifications.
  • Provide effective solutions for work-related challenges and technical issues.
  • Conduct thorough testing, debugging, and optimization of application components to ensure reliability and performance.
  • Deliver high-quality, maintainable, and scalable code aligned with best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills

Must Have:

  • Proficiency in
    Workday Procurement
    with minimum 3 years of hands-on experience.
  • Strong knowledge of software development methodologies and coding best practices.
  • Ability to analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve complex software issues.

Good to Have:

  • Experience or exposure to
    North America (NA) Procurement processes
    .
  • Familiarity with software testing frameworks and tools.
  • Knowledge of other Workday modules will be an added advantage.

Additional Information

  • Location: Hyderabad (Onsite role)
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant Workday Procurement experience required.
  • Educational Qualification:
    15 years of full-time education is mandatory
