Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviews, and offer negotiations.
Oversee onboarding, induction, and orientation programs for new employees.
Employee Relations
Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and grievances, promoting a positive work environment.
Support in conducting employee engagement activities and feedback mechanisms.
Performance Management
Assist in implementing and monitoring performance management systems (KPIs, appraisals, PIPs).
Provide guidance to managers and employees on performance-related matters.
Training & Development
Identify training needs and assist in planning and executing training programs.
Maintain training records and evaluate training effectiveness.
HR Policies & Compliance
Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
HR Data & Reporting
Maintain HR MIS and dashboards for internal reporting.
- Prepare HR-related reports for management review.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree or MBA preferred.
- 3–5 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in a corporate or mid-sized organization.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
