Key Responsibilities

  • Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviews, and offer negotiations.

  • Oversee onboarding, induction, and orientation programs for new employees.

  • Employee Relations

  • Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and grievances, promoting a positive work environment.

  • Support in conducting employee engagement activities and feedback mechanisms.

  • Performance Management

  • Assist in implementing and monitoring performance management systems (KPIs, appraisals, PIPs).

  • Provide guidance to managers and employees on performance-related matters.

  • Training & Development

  • Identify training needs and assist in planning and executing training programs.

  • Maintain training records and evaluate training effectiveness.

  • HR Policies & Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.

  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.

  • HR Data & Reporting

  • Maintain HR MIS and dashboards for internal reporting.

  • Prepare HR-related reports for management review.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree or MBA preferred.
  • 3–5 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in a corporate or mid-sized organization.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
