Casa Sales Officer

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Acquisition:

  • Identify and acquire new customers for CASA products through field visits, cold calls, referrals, and micro-marketing activities

  • Source salary accounts from corporates and participate in induction/migration events

  • Sales & Cross-Selling:

  • Promote and cross-sell banking products such as insurance, mutual funds, SIPs, loans, and credit cards

  • Ensure activation of new accounts and increase wallet share through UPI linkage and balance growth

  • Customer Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers 1.

  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve queries promptly 3.

  • Compliance & Reporting:

  • Ensure adherence to KYC norms and banking regulations 3.

  • Submit regular sales and performance reports to management1.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Graduate or Postgraduate in Business, Finance, or related fields.
  • 1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in banking or financial services.

Skills Required:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Sales and negotiation skills.
  • Customer service orientation.
  • Market awareness and analytical thinking.
  • Ability to work independently and in teams
