Key Responsibilities:

- Engage in proactive business development activities to attract new customers.
- Promote and sell current and savings accounts to walk-in customers.
- Provide information to customers about various financial products and services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage account retention and loyalty.
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions and guidance.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and internal policies and procedures.
- Participate in sales and marketing activities to promote banking products.
- Contribute to the development of sales strategies and tactics.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals and objectives.
- Stay updated with industry trends and competitive offerings.
- Participate in training and development programs as required.
- Handle administrative tasks related to account opening and maintenance.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- Prior experience in sales or customer service, preferably in the banking or financial sector.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of current and savings account products and services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain effective customer relationships.
- Sound knowledge of banking regulations and compliance standards.
- Proficiency in using CRM and sales tracking software.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Capability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
