**Roles: CASA Sales Officer**

**Requirements**:

- Education: Any degree.
- Experience: Minimum of 1-4 years of experience in any field of sales.
- Age: Maximum 32 years.
- Location: (all metro and tier 1 cities).
- Two-wheeler and driving license are mandatory.

**Responsibilities**:

- Administer and ensure compliance with all sales practices in the branch
- Maintain the productivity of the sales officers (SOs)
- Meet the business targets
- Identify sales opportunities
- Direct operational activities on a day-to-day basis
- Generate leads for new business and customers
- Acquisition of New Clients (NTB) through external individual efforts for Current Account, Savings Account Products of the bank.
- Customers are to be sourced from individuals, small businesses, trusts, associations, societies, and corporates.
- Revenue Generation, Customer Acquisition, Customer Retention, and Cost Efficiency Through adherence to products, processes, and regulatory requirements
- Handhold acquired customers for the initial 3-month period to deepen relationship values before passing it to the Branch Banking team
- Conducts regular promotional and customer events to generate leads

**Secondary Responsibilities**:

- Maintain a high degree of market awareness and understanding of customer needs.
- Collaborate with other branch departments and functions to provide products and service offerings to ensure customer centricity.

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
