  • Generate and issue customer invoices in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Prepare Credit Notes / Debit Notes whenever required.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Customer Service teams to resolve client billing issues promptly.
  • Record banking entries related to sales collections in the accounting system.
  • Track invoice-wise outstanding balances and follow up with Key Account Managers (KAMs).
  • Conduct collection follow-ups with KAMs and customers to ensure timely payments.
  • Perform 26AS reconciliation with the customer's ledger.
  • Reconcile customer ledgers with company books and notify customers of any discrepancies.
  • Assist with month-end closing activities and support in financial reporting related to receivables.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the system.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300, ₹450,000.00 per year
