
Female Receptionist

Reports To: Admin/HR Department
Employment Type: Full-Time
Experience: 1-3 years preferred
Education: Graduate in any discipline
Joining: Immediate or as early as possible
Salary upto 30k for well deserving candidates
Key Responsibilities:- Greet and welcome visitors and guests in a professional and friendly manner
- Manage front desk operations, handle incoming phone calls and direct them appropriately
- Maintain visitor records and issue visitor passes
- Coordinate appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings
- Receive and sort daily mail, couriers, and deliveries
- Support basic administrative tasks like filing, scanning, and record-keeping
- Coordinate with housekeeping for front office upkeep
- Maintain stock of front-desk supplies (forms, stationery, etc.)
- Not limited to above
- Presentable, polite, and customer-oriented attitude
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling)
- Prior experience in receptionist/front desk role preferred
- Punctual, responsible, and well-organized
- Supportive work environment
