Role Description

We are a leading MNC firm looking for an experienced Accountant with 2+ years of hands-on, end-to-end accounting experience.
This is a full-time permanent on-site role for a Senior Account Executive located in Bengaluru.
This role is ideal for finance professionals looking to grow in the global digital accounting space. You will be responsible for managing the full accounting cycle for a portfolio of international clients, from daily transactions to month-end reporting.

Core Accounting Roles and Responsibilities

  1. Manage full-cycle accounting including journal entries, AP/AR, and general ledger maintenance.
  2. Perform bank and account reconciliations, including foreign currency transactions.
  3. Handle month-end close activities – accruals, prepayments, and adjustments.
  4. Prepare monthly financial reports – P&L, balance sheet, and other summaries.
  5. Process payroll and ensure compliance with relevant statutory requirements.
  6. Collaborate with teams working on client accounts to streamline workflows and resolve issues.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of end-to-end accounting experience
  • Proficiency in Xero or similar accounting software
  • Strong excel skills - advanced excel skills preferred
  • Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Self-driven, highly organized, and able to meet deadlines

Salary
: ₹50, ₹60,000.00 per month
