- Scholartude Web Education is seeking an experienced and proactive HR Manager, employee engagement and administrative activities.
- The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, knowledge of HR policies, and the ability to manage end-to-end HR processes that support a growing educational organization.
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Handle full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Prepare job descriptions and post on job portals.
- Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring needs.
- Conduct background verification and reference checks.
HR Operations
- Maintain employee records, contracts, attendance, and leave management.
- Draft HR letters (offer, appointment, confirmation, warnings, etc.).
- Assist in payroll coordination with the finance department.
- Support compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Employee Engagement & Relations
- Plan employee engagement programs, activities, and events.
- Handle employee grievances and provide conflict-resolution support.
- Conduct onboarding/orientation programs and ensure smooth induction.
- Maintain a positive and professional workplace culture.
Performance Management
- Assist in setting performance KPIs and evaluation systems.
- Coordinate appraisal cycles and performance reviews.
- Track employee performance and provide timely feedback and support.
Policy & Process Management
- Assist in drafting and updating HR policies and SOPs.
- Ensure compliance with organizational standards and ethical practices.
- Maintain HR documentation and ensure confidentiality.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HR roles (HR Manager).
- Strong knowledge of recruitment, HR operations, and basic labor laws.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, HRMS tools, and online recruitment platforms.
- Good interpersonal, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
