Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable and responsible Delivery Associate to ensure timely and accurate delivery of items to our customers. The role requires professionalism, punctuality, and a customer-friendly attitude.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collect, load, and deliver items (goods) to assigned destinations.
  • Verify items before delivery to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Maintain proper records of deliveries and receipts.
  • Ensure safe handling of goods during transportation.
  • Provide excellent customer service while interacting with clients/guests.
  • Coordinate with the supervisor/dispatch team for delivery schedules.
  • Handle cash or digital payments (if required) and submit collections to the accounts team.
  • Follow traffic rules, safety protocols, and company policies at all times.
  • Keep delivery vehicle (bike/scooter or company vehicle) clean and in good condition.

Requirements

  • Minimum qualification: 10th pass or equivalent.
  • Valid driving license (if using a vehicle).
  • Good knowledge of local routes and locations.
  • Ability to manage time efficiently and deliver items on schedule.
  • Basic communication skills (English/Hindi/regional language).
  • Physically fit to handle delivery tasks.
  • Prior delivery or logistics experience preferred, but not mandatory.
